Zoho CRM is cloud based. It integrates with many Google Apps and syncs with QuickBooks and Outlook. There is a growing community of Zoho developers and partners with tools to further customize and integrate the product. Lots of Zoho and other add-ons and plug-ins.
Might offer too many features than a small shop needs. UI can be confusing and overwhelming. Data backup (export) costs $10 each time. Lots of features but not very user friendly.
